The current regulations provide for very strict prescriptions to guarantee the safe use of cylinders intended for the transport and storage of compressed, dissolved and liquefied gases.

The containers must therefore be accompanied by a certificate attesting the compliance of the container with the regulations in force at the time of its construction. This certificate is issued by the cylinder manufacturer and must be kept by the cylinder owner until it is disposed of.

Furthermore, the cylinders used for the storage and transport of compressed gases must be periodically checked and requalified in order to guarantee safe use.

For this reason, containers must be periodically reviewed and tested by authorized bodies: otherwise, they cannot be used or transported.

Periodic revision and control are an essential requirement to allow continuous use over time. The degree of safety of a cylinder is generally excellent and is “the result of adequate design, manufacturing and subsequent maintenance processes.

The periodicity depends on the size and/or material of the vessel and the gas contained therein.

Normally all cylinders must be overhauled every 10 years;

The positive outcome of the periodic verification allows the continuation of the exercise of the verified equipment.

In addition to consultancy for compliance, we also offer all the related management and maintenance services for the periodic inspection of the cylinders.

Our production process of periodic review of cylinders and cylinder packs is certified and monitored according to the ADR standard by important European notified bodies.

Any vessel, valve, accessory and activity performed on them are recorded, monitored and traced throughout the entire production process.

We can test cylinders for gas extinguishing systems with RINA, BV, ABS, INAIL certification.

Thanks to our production units and local resources, we guarantee a presence throughout the national territory.

Non-destructive testing operations in accordance with EEC standards:

- Disassembly and reassembly of the valve

- Check cylinder and valve thread

- Technical tests and checks (weight check, hydraulic test, internal inspection)

- Punching new gas denomination (Ministerial Decree 16 October 98)

- Payments to the Ministry (MCTC)

- Updating and compiling certificates

- Any refurbishment or adjustment required:

- Internal sandblasting

- External sandblasting

- Anti-rust treatment

- Body and ogive painting
